The contract regulates the conditions and terms applicable to the guided services of the company: CRISTINA SÁEZ SÁEZ (ANDADOR Guided Visits).
The ownership of the company corresponds to CRISTINA SÁEZ SÁEZ with registered office at Calle Portal de Molina, 16 in Albarracín and with CIF: 18437667Q with email visitaguiadas@elandador.es.
Accessing www.elandadoralbarracin.es, and booking the guided activities implies the acquisition of user status and the declaration that you have read, understood and accept these Reservation conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Conditions of Use. For the realization of the guided tours and activities of ANDADOR GUIDED VISITS have to follow the steps in their reservation with the choice of guided destination, day, time as well as specify the number of people as well as the ages in the case of children.
The data obtained in your reservation, complete or incomplete, can be used by the company to contact you to assist you at the meeting point, complete the incomplete reservation if the user wishes to do so, or any other issue related to the tour. In no case advertising issues, transfer to third parties or similar.
Please check the information provided and give your consent once you have reviewed your data in the forms. Your reservation will be confirmed immediately upon your agreement by receiving an email with the characteristics chosen by you.
With the current health circumstance, all activities or guided tours are susceptible to being suspended for health reasons and, of course, with a full refund of what was previously paid and prior notice from the company.
The voucher received does not need to be printed, although it will be essential to show it on a mobile phone, tablet or other device, or printed if it is more convenient for you.
Prices are marked with VAT included and may vary depending on destinations or modalities, of course, always informed on the website and in the forms prior to contracting.
Payment will be made through credit or debit card (Visa, Vista Electron, American Express, Mastercard among others). Security protocols are appropriate to payment protocols as well as refunds for cancellations.
Only banking entities have access to the bank details provided and, in no case, will they be processed by the company. Unpaid activities will imply the loss of the right to claim and perform the service. The payment will be made only in euros.

If there is any obvious error in said cancellation policy, cancellations and refunds will be governed according to the following cancellation policy:
Up to 24 hours before starting the reserved activity (Madrid local time), 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. After this period, the amount paid will not be credited.
In the event that, less than 24 hours, you have canceled the activity due to illness, force majeure, duly justified and accredited hospital admission, the company will give you the option to change the date of activity in the following 12 months within the availability of the company itself. .
If there is a refund, it will be made between 24 and 72 hours (depending on banking entities) from the cancellation of the activity in the same payment method with which you paid for the reservation, which will be notified to you via email.
In the case of changing the date of the guided tour, the initial date will always be taken into account for cancellation purposes and the 24 hours will be taken into account. in advance with the first date selected and paid.
As a company, we reserve the right to cancel activities with a full refund of the amount in case of extremely adverse weather conditions, circumstances that may pose a danger to carrying out the guided service or causes of force majeure. Of course, with prior notice to customers with a full refund from the company.
